We are recruiting for a Service Advisor for our client on a full time permanent basis in Lincoln.

Day to day, you’ll act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial booking through to vehicle collection. You’ll welcome customers, keep them updated throughout the service process, and manage follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will also involve handling administrative tasks accurately, advising customers on maintenance and repair needs, and supporting with future service planning.

* Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle queries professionally
* A team oriented approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and use systems effectively to keep customers informed
* A genuine passion for delivering a high standard of customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer

Working hours are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Annual Salary: £30,000 basic plus bonus structure
