Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity within a respected dealership? Our client, a premium franchise-approved car dealership located in North Bristol, is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. Starting salary up to £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
Performance-based bonus scheme and overtime, with an OTE exceeding £42,000 annually

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, with an hour for lunch; one in three Saturdays mornings, 8:30am-12:30pmDuties of a Service Advisor:
Greet customers and book their vehicles in for service and repairs, ensuring a seamless experience
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle progress
Liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress and ensure timely completion
Upsell additional products and services, including service plans and warranty options where applicable
Take payments and process customer invoices accurately
Build rapport with customers to promote trust and satisfaction
Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
Support the team in achieving departmental and business objectives
Experience with warranty procedures and authorisation is desirable but not essentialRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Minimum of two years’ recent experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently
IT proficiency; experience with Kerridge, Keyloop, or similar DMS is advantageous
Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures is beneficial but not essential
