Job Description

Our client, a reputable main dealer in Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their well-established team. Service Advisor Role Benefits:

Basic salary up to £27,500, with achievable bonus and upsell commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE) approximately £31,500
Flexible start times on a rota basis, including one in four Saturdays

Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience
Advise customers on vehicle service and repair requirements
Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
Plan and schedule service appointments efficiently
Liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work conducted
Promote dealership services and products to maximise sales and customer satisfactionService Advisor Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
Full UK driving licence
