Location: Swindon 
Salary: Up to £29,000 Basic DOE | OTE £34,000 
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role 
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from arrival through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include: 
·Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing and repair requirements 
·Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing the diary efficiently 
·Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process 
·Preparing accurate repair orders and service documentation 
·Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure work is completed on time 
·Explaining completed work and associated costs clearly and professionally 
·Upselling additional products and services where appropriate 
·Delivering an outstanding level of customer care at every stage of the journey 
  
About You 
You'll ideally have: 
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor 
·Excellent customer service and communication skills 
·The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment 
·Strong organisational and administrative skills 
·A positive, professional and team-focused attitude 
·Good IT skills and attention to detail 
·Full UK Driving Licence preferred
