Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at a respected main dealership in Leicester, Leicestershire. Supportive and professional working environmentDuties of a Service Advisor:

Welcome customers and effectively identify their servicing and repair needs
Book vehicles into the workshop and manage the customer journey from initial contact through to vehicle collection
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Explain required work, prepare quotations, and obtain customer authorisation
Liaise closely with Workshop Controllers and Vehicle Technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Process service documentation accurately and maintain comprehensive records
Promote additional products and services where appropriate
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for customersRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience is essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
Confident in using dealership computer systems and administrative processes
