SERVICE ADVISOR 
Location: Cirencester 
Salary: Up to £29,000 Basic Salary | OTE £36,000 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm

THE ROLE 
As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection while ensuring the service department operates efficiently. 
Key responsibilities include: 
·Booking customer vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs 
·Preparing job cards ahead of customer appointments 
·Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop 
·Providing regular customer updates throughout the repair process 
·Advising customers of any additional work required and associated costs 
·Liaising with Vehicle Technicians to ensure efficient workshop loading 
·Preparing invoices and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately 
·Upselling additional work, service plans, and aftersales products 
·Following up with customers after collection to ensure complete satisfaction 
·Handling customer queries and resolving concerns professionally 
·Achieving customer satisfaction and monthly product sales targets 
  
ABOUT YOU 
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: 
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, although candidates with at least two years' customer-facing experience in a retail or service environment will also be considered 
·Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous 
·A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service 
·Experience of upselling products or services and working towards targets 
·Excellent communication and organisational skills 
·A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude 
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence
