Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's franchised dealership team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled Service Advisors looking to progress their career within a reputable automotive business.

Working within a well-established franchise in GlasgowService Advisor Duties:

Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the key point of contact between the customer and the dealership
Promote and upsell additional products and services effectively, including add-ons initiatives
Conduct general administrative duties related to service bookings and customer records
Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritised throughout the service process
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Support the workshop team with relevant service administrationRequirements for the Service Advisor are:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently where required
