SERVICE ADVISOR 
Location: Abingdon 
Salary: £33,000 OTE 
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Looking for a Service Advisor role where you can build your career with a respected automotive group? 
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor to join a professional dealership environment. You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, making sure every vehicle visit runs smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience.

THE ROLE 
As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for: 
·Arranging service, maintenance and repair bookings 
·Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop 
·Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle 
·Explaining additional work and associated costs clearly 
·Liaising with Technicians, Workshop Control and the Parts Department 
·Ensuring work is scheduled efficiently 
·Maintaining accurate records and documentation 
·Supporting invoicing, administration and wider aftersales processes 
·Delivering an excellent level of customer service throughout the vehicle journey 
  
ABOUT YOU 
We're looking for someone with: 
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor within the automotive industry 
·Strong customer service and communication skills 
·Excellent organisation and time-management ability 
·A proactive and professional approach 
·The ability to work effectively as part of a team 
·Good administrative skills and attention to detail 
·Full UK Driving Licence
