Job Description

We are recruiting for the position of Service Advisor on behalf of a respected car dealership group in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a stable and rewarding career within a well-established and supportive dealership environment.

Advise customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service plans
Manage customer appointments and liaise with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
Generate quotations and upsell appropriate services and parts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Handle enquiries and support the workshop with effective coordinationRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information confidentially
Demonstrable enthusiasm and commitment to delivering outstanding service
Familiarity with dealership management systems and service processes
