Working closely with the Regional Manager, you’ll provide strong leadership across the services, ensuring the people we support receive safe, high-quality and personalised care that enables them to thrive in their own homes and communities.
About the People You’ll Support: You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities, helping them to build independence, achieve their goals and be active members of their local communities.
What You’ll Be Doing: As Service Leader, you’ll be responsible for the effective day-to-day leadership and management of the services, including:
Leading, managing and developing Support Workers, including rotas, supervision and performance management.
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered.
Managing and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
Ensuring services meet CQC requirements and organisational standards.
Overseeing health and safety, risk management, budgets and day-to-day operations.
Working collaboratively with families, professionals and external agencies.
Completing reports, audits and other administrative requirements.
Supporting recruitment, induction and ongoing development of colleagues.
Developing and reviewing support plans to ensure they reflect the individual needs, wishes and aspirations of the people we support.About You: Great social care leadership is about more than qualifications and experience. It’s about values, compassion, confidence and the ability to inspire others.
You’ll already have experience working within a health or social care environment and may be an experienced Registered Manager, Senior Leader, Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking for your next challenge.
