The company are a well-established, family-run automotive dealership group that specialise in the sale of new and used vehicles, alongside providing aftersales services such as servicing, MOTs, repairs, and genuine manufacturer parts, with multiple manufacturer franchises and dealership sites across the Southwest.
The role involves leading the day-to-day operation of the Service Department to ensure efficiency and profitability, while maximising performance across labour, parts, and service sales. It includes planning workshop capacity, maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service, and overseeing records, warranties, and work in progress, alongside developing and supporting the team.
The role would suit someone from a Service background with leadership experience, looking to take the helm of a thriving department in a well-established business.
The Role:
*Lead the daily operation of the Service Department to ensure efficiency and profitability
*Maximise performance across labour, parts, and service sales
*Plan workshop capacity while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
*Oversee records, warranties, and WIP while developing and supporting the team
