Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Signage Assembly and Letter Maker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of a variety of signs, including 3D letters, illuminated signage, vinyl graphics, and other custom-made products. This role requires precision, creativity, and a strong understanding of materials and signage production techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and fabricate a wide range of signs including 3D letters, LED illuminated signs, acrylic, aluminum, and vinyl-based signage.
Operate machinery such as CNC routers, laser cutters, vinyl plotters, and other fabrication tools.
Cut, shape, and prepare materials (acrylic, aluminium, PVC, MDF, etc.) for sign production.
Apply vinyl graphics, decals, and digital prints onto various substrates.
Handle wiring and installation of LED lighting for illuminated signage.
Ensure all signage is produced to company standards of quality, accuracy, and finish.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Perform quality control checks before dispatch or installation.Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in signage fabrication, assembly, or related field.
Hands-on experience with CNC, laser cutting, and vinyl application preferred.
Good understanding of sign-making materials and finishing techniques.
Basic electrical knowledge for LED wiring (advantageous).
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical files.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
