Job Description

Site Agent - Caribbean 
 
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Agent to support the delivery of major infrastructure project in the Caribbean. 
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complex environments and can lead multidisciplinary teams across challenging and geographically dispersed sites. 

The role requires strong experience in civil engineering/infrastructure delivery, logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and programme performance.

Ideal candidates will have:

Proven experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously in challenging environments
Experience managing site operations, resources, and subcontractors
Bridge project experience advantageous
