Job Description

My client, a leading civil engineering contractor are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team on a major Wastewater Treatment Project.

Site Agent Responsibilities:

  * Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and site operatives to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

  * Coordinate daily site activities to meet programme, quality, and budget requirements.

  * Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors.

  * Prepare, review, and maintain all project documentation.

  * Produce and manage RAMS, ITPs and TQS's

  * Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Site Agent Requirements:

  * Previous experience working as a Site Agent on water or wastewater treatment projects.

  * Strong knowledge of civil engineering and water infrastructure works.

  * Experience managing engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.

  * Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

  * Experience producing and managing project documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, and Technical Queries (TQs).
