Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major bulk earthworks project based in Shrewsbury.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term civil engineering scheme with a reputable contractor.

The Role:

  * Managing day-to-day site operations on a bulk earthworks package.

  * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

  * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.

  * Liaising with the project management team, engineers, and client representatives.

  * Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality throughout the project.

Requirements:

  * Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects.

  * Strong background in bulk earthworks, highways, or infrastructure.

  * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.

  * Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  * Ability to manage programmes, resources, and subcontractors effectively.
