Site Based Maintenance Electrician
Location: East Midlands
Salary: Up to £44,000
We’re looking for a Site Based Maintenance Electrician based in the East Midlands.
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services within a large commercial building.
You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing) and be responsible for general PPM's (tap temperatures, filter changing, flick tests).
What you’ll do:
* Planned & reactive electrical maintenance
* Basic maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, plumbing
* General PPMs (tap temps, emergency lighting, fire alarm test
* What we’re looking for:
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Multi-skilled approach and commercial experience
* Full UK driving licence
