Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Residential Site Engineer to join a busy and growing team on residential developments in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer with strong setting out and surveying experience to work on high-volume housing projects.
Key Responsibilities
  * Setting out for roads, sewers, drainage, foundations, kerbing, and plot works
  * Ensuring works are completed accurately and to specification
  * Carrying out site surveys and maintaining QA records
  * Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and clients
  * Producing as-built drawings and maintaining site documentation
  * Monitoring health & safety compliance on site
  * Using Leica/Topcon GPS and robotic instruments
Requirements
  * Previous experience as a Site Engineer within residential groundworks
  * Strong knowledge of roads and sewers packages
  * Proficient with GPS equipment and AutoCAD
  * CSCS card essential
  * SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial
  * Full UK driving licence
