Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways infrastructure project in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme with a well-established contractor on a long-term contract.

Responsibilities

  * Setting out for highways and civil engineering works.

  * Managing QA documentation and maintaining accurate site records.

  * Producing and reviewing As-Built surveys.

  * Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager to ensure programme targets are achieved.

  * Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and to specification.

  * Liaising with the design team to resolve technical issues.

  * Ensuring all works comply with project specifications and health & safety requirements.

Requirements

  * Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on major highways or infrastructure projects.

  * Proficient with Leica and/or Trimble surveying equipment.

  * Competent using AutoCAD.

  * Strong understanding of setting out, QA, and surveying procedures.

  * CSCS Card (essential).

  * SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable).

  * Full UK driving licence.
