Site Manager – £55,000 + Benefits
Salary: £55,000 plus company vehicle, fuel card, and excellent benefits

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, coordination of subcontractors, and a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing contracts effectively and profitably
* Monitoring site progress, materials, and resources
* Leading and coordinating subcontractors and holding progress meetings
* Ensuring all works are compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Delivering projects in line with agreed programmes and timescales
* Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
* Coordinating with LABC, NHBC, and local authorities
What You’ll Need
* SMSTS, IOS, CSCS, First Aid (3 Day), Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall
* Recognised apprenticeship/trade qualification & GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
* Full UK driving licence
* Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance
* Experience in new build, design & build projects (ideally under JCT contracts)
* Knowledge of planned works contracts, retrofit/renewable projects, and PAS2030 processes
* Proven leadership, budgeting, and reporting skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerised databases
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
