Job Description

Site Manager - Brighton

Site Manager wanted for this specialist house builder who focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the Sussex, Surrey and Kent. They are now seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development they have in the Brighton area.

Working alongside a Project Manager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all trades and ongoing works as the project progresses.

Key Responsibilities

  * Support the Project Manager in daily operations and coordination.

  * Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

  * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

  * Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.

  * Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.

Requirements

  * Previous experience as a Site Manager (or similar role).

  * Strong understanding of brickwork, facades and externals

  * RC Frame experience is essential in this role

  * SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

  * Excellent organisational and communication skills

  * Fully competent in all health & safety regulations
