Job Title: Site Manager – Re-Cladding Projects

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee re-cladding projects on high-rise residential buildings in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional with strong experience in façade remediation and a solid understanding of building safety regulations.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Manage day-to-day site operations on re-cladding and façade remediation projects.

  * 

    Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

  * 

    Ensure compliance with Building Safety Regulations, fire safety standards, and all relevant legislation.

  * 

    Monitor project progress, programme schedules, and site performance.

  * 

    Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

  * 

    Manage health and safety procedures and ensure all site activities comply with company and legal requirements.

  * 

    Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, and residents where required.

  * 

    Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience as a Site Manager on re-cladding / façade remediation projects.

  * 

    Experience working on high-rise residential buildings.

  * 

    Strong knowledge of building safety regulations and fire compliance requirements.

  * 

    Excellent leadership and site management skills.

  * 

    Strong communication and organisational abilities.

  * 

    Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
