Site Manager 

Overview

Matchtech are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a shaft sinking and tunnel drive project in Stourport. This is a key role on a specialist civils scheme with a strong emphasis on safe delivery and effective site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations on a shaft sinking/tunnel drive project
Coordinate subcontractors, labour and plant
Maintain high safety standards and site documentation
Support (where required) elements of M&E installation
Work closely with project teams and client representatives
Ensure efficient progress and quality across all works
Liaise with Brian Thomas as the initial point of contact for the project

Requirements

Proven background in water or civils projects
Experience in tunnelling or shaft sinking preferred (but not essential)
SMSTS certification
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
M&E installation experience beneficial but not mandatory
