Crushing, Screening & Production Oversight
Supervise crushing, screening, and yard processing operations.
Monitor production performance, plant utilisation, and material output.
Take corrective action where performance falls below expectations.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and coordinate site personnel through Supervisors and operational managers.
Ensure all staff are properly inducted, trained, and competent in their roles.
Allocate labour and plant resources efficiently to meet daily targets.
Conduct performance reviews and manage underperformance where necessary.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
Maintain full responsibility for site health, safety, and environmental standards.
Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, company policies, and legal regulations.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and regular site inspections.
Investigate incidents, hazards, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Plant & Equipment Management
Oversee availability, condition, and utilisation of all site machinery and equipment.
Ensure maintenance schedules are followed for crushing, screening, and yard plant.
Coordinate planned maintenance and downtime with operational teams.
