Site Manager - Fast-Track Pub Fit-Outs

Midlands - Regional Work
Ongoing Projects
Freelance £280 - £320 / day

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy fit-out contractor delivering a number of fast-track pub refurbishment projects across the Midlands.

Projects will typically run for around 3 weeks, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working to tight programmes and can hit the ground running.

The role will involve:

Managing the day-to-day running of fast-track pub fit-out projects.
Coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
Managing short programmes and ensuring deadlines are achieved.
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.
Liaising with clients, Contracts Managers and subcontractors.
Managing deliveries, site logistics and materials.
Completing site paperwork, reports and handover documentation.
Working efficiently in live or recently closed hospitality environments.Requirements:

Previous Site Management experience.
Must have previous experience working on pubs, bars, restaurants or similar hospitality fit-outs.
Strong understanding of fast-track refurbishment projects.
Able to manage subcontractors and demanding programmes.
Must be based in the Midlands.
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness required.A great opportunity for a Site Manager looking for consistent regional work across the Midlands, with multiple projects available over the coming months.
