Site Manager – M&E Refurbishment Projects

Location: London – Multiple Sites
Start: First week of September
Contract: 4 weeks initially
Rate: £300 per day CIS

The Opportunity

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of refurbishment and M&E projects across multiple sites in London.

This is an initial 4-week contract, starting the first week of September, and would suit a Site Manager with experience managing refurbishment and building services works within live and operational environments.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of works across multiple sites, including:

  * Managing refurbishment and M&E works from commencement through to completion.

  * Coordinating subcontractors and trades across multiple locations.

  * Managing site programmes and ensuring works remain on schedule.

  * Overseeing Health & Safety, RAMS, permits and site compliance.

  * Monitoring quality and progress of works.

  * Liaising with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

  * Managing works within live and occupied environments while minimising disruption.

  * Providing regular progress updates and reporting.

  * Managing snagging, completion and handover.

Requirements

  * Previous Site Management experience delivering refurbishment and M&E projects.

  * Experience managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously.

  * Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.

  * SMSTS.

  * CSCS.

  * First Aid.

  * Strong subcontractor and Health & Safety management experience.

  * Able to travel between sites across London.

Package

£300 per day CIS
4-week initial contract
