We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for the on-site management of multiple subcontractor packages on a major refurbishment project.
The successful candidate will be confident managing subcontractors, chairing progress meetings, producing progress reports and meeting minutes, and taking ownership of programme and site delivery.
The project includes complex scaffolding, temporary works, demolition and soft strip, window replacement, roofing, M&E and internal fit-out/making good works. Experience managing several of these packages would be highly advantageous.
