My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a general civils project in Rugby. The works will include drainage, ducting, 278 works and associated civil engineering activities.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Supervising subcontractors and site teams
* Overseeing drainage, ducting and 278 works
* Toolbox talks
* Client and stakeholder liaison
* Health and safety compliance
* Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
* Monitoring quality and maintaining site records
* Reporting progress to the Project Manager
Site Manager Requirements:
* Black or Gold CSCS
* SMSTS
* Previous experience managing general civils projects
* Strong experience with drainage, ducting and 278 works
* Strong civil engineering background
* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
* Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
* Full UK driving licence
