Site Supervisor – Highways Project (Blofield)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a highways project based in Blofield.

Our client is a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure and highways schemes across the UK. Known for their high standards, safety-first approach, and consistent project delivery, they offer a stable and professional working environment.

Role Overview:
This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing day-to-day site operations on a busy highways scheme. You will be responsible for ensuring works are carried out safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Supervise daily site activities on highways works

  * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

  * Coordinate workforce, subcontractors, and plant on site

  * Monitor progress and maintain quality standards

  * Report into site management and support delivery targets

Requirements:

  * Valid Gold CSCS Card (minimum)

  * SSSTS qualification

  * Strong background in highways and civil engineering projects

  * Proven experience in a supervisory role

  * Good communication and organisational skills

Rate:

  * £27–£28 per hour (depending on experience)
