Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor / MEP Site Supervisor / MEP Site Manager

Location: Dartford, Kent
Duration: April 2026 – October 2026
Rate: £350 per day (CIS / Ltd)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor / Site Manager to support the delivery of a major industrial development in Dartford. The project consists of the construction of three new-build warehouse units, with full mechanical and electrical services installation.

This is a contract position running from April 2026 through to October 2026, and will suit a supervisor with a strong background in overseeing M&E installations on commercial or industrial projects.

The successful Site Supervisor / Site Manager will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and in line with the project programme.

Key Responsibilities

  * Carry out site inductions and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS and health & safety procedures

  * Monitor site safety and complete equipment safety checks

  * Deliver daily toolbox talks and maintain high HSE standards

  * Track progress against the construction programme and report on delays or issues

  * Ensure all installations are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications

  * Complete and record quality inspections

  * Provide regular updates to the M&E Contracts / Project Manager

  * Maintain effective communication with the main contractor and site team

  * Assist with coordination of mechanical and electrical services on site

Requirements

  * Proven experience supervising Mechanical & Electrical installations

  * SMSTS or SSSTS

  * CSCS Gold Card (or higher)

  * Telehandler licence (preferred)

  * Experience using Dalux or similar site management software

  * Previous experience on commercial / industrial construction projects

  * Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

  * Strong communication and organisational skills

Additional Information

  * Industrial / warehouse project experience desirable

  * Immediate interview availability preferred

  * Competitive day rate available depending on experience
