Electrical Site Manager (Fit-Out)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects.

Our client is a UK-based building services contractor specialising in full-service mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) solutions. They provide design, installation, and maintenance services across commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.

The Role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations of electrical packages across fit-out projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.

Key duties include:

  * 

    Supervising on-site electrical installation works including power, lighting, fire alarms, and data cabling

  * 

    Managing and coordinating site teams and subcontractors

  * 

    Ensuring works are carried out in line with project drawings, specifications, and programme

  * 

    Liaising with the Project Manager, main contractor, and other trades on site

  * 

    Monitoring site progress and reporting on milestones and issues

  * 

    Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance on site

  * 

    Assisting with inspections, testing, commissioning, and snagging

  * 

    Supporting project close-out and handover processes

About You

We are looking to speak with candidates who:

  * 

    Have strong experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor within commercial fit-out

  * 

    Are confident managing fast-track CAT A / CAT B projects on site

  * 

    Possess strong leadership and communication skills

  * 

    Are proactive, organised, and solutions-focused

Requirements

  * 

    Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent)

  * 

    SMSTS or SSSTS

  * 

    ECS/CSCS card

  * 

    Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and UK building regulations
