This role involves carrying out Mental Health Act assessments, undertaking safeguarding responsibilities, completing social care assessments, and working closely with NHS partners, service users, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker
* Social Work England registered
* Qualified and warranted AMHP
* Experience within Adult Mental Health Services
* Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Care Act, and Mental Capacity Act
* Ability to work effectively in a multi-agency environment
