 A Safeguarding Social Worker role offering genuinely manageable caseloads and flexibility around office working, ideal for an experienced Child Protection Social Worker or Family Safeguarding Social Worker seeking better balance.

 This Safeguarding Social Worker position gives you the autonomy to manage your diary, focus on meaningful long term work, and reduce the pressure often seen in statutory services.

 Key Responsibilities

Manage a reduced caseload across child in need and child protection plans.
Deliver long term family support with a relationship based approach.
Complete assessments and interventions with minimal court involvement.
Work collaboratively with experienced practitioners across safeguarding services.About You

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
Experience working within safeguarding, child protection, or family safeguarding teams.
