Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant, SEND School (Northampton – NN1)

Start Date: April 2026 or Immediate

Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only

Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly

Job Description:

We are supporting a SEND School in Northampton who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. The school offers a supportive and inclusive environment.

You will assist with learning, behaviour and engagement in a classroom setting.

Key Requirements:

• Experience supporting SEND pupils

• Positive and adaptable approach

• Two recent and relevant references

• Right to work in the UK
