What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Specialist Mortgage Advisor
Generating your own flow of cases through strong, trusted relationships with brokers and accountants.
Speaking directly with clients to understand needs and shape the right capital-raising solutions.
Packaging and underwriting cases, assessing affordability and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation.
Managing each case from initial conversation through to completion as the single point of contact.
Staying up to date with lender criteria and market changes to ensure the strongest client outcomes.
Keeping on top of compliance requirements, CPD expectations and relevant training.
What you’ll bring to the table as a Specialist Mortgage Advisor
Previous experience within financial or mortgage-related environments.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence delivering advice.
The ability to build effective working relationships with brokers, clients and external stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and the capability to prioritise a varied workload.
Sound decision-making and attention to detail when assessing and placing cases.
Working hours: 39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm.
