What You'll Be Doing:
- Tailoring Lessons: Deliver engaging and creative lessons to students with a variety of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, MLD and challenging behaviours.
- Making a Difference: Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) to help every student unlock their full potential.
- Empowering Students: Use a range of innovative teaching methods and resources to support students' progress and personal development.
- Tracking Progress: Regularly assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure each child reaches their goals.

What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in SEN teaching, with a strong understanding of Autism, ADHD, and other SEN needs.
- A passion for differentiating your teaching and finding creative solutions to meet individual student needs.
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude to overcome challenges and inspire students every day.
