The Role
We’re looking for a Stock Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation in Daventry. This is a varied role combining stock control, admin, and warehouse support, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident working across teams.
You’ll play a key role in keeping stock accurate, resolving queries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining accurate stock records
* Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
* Handling stock-related queries from internal teams
* Liaising with the Stock Controller to resolve issues quickly
* Supporting warehouse operations with admin tasks
* Answering calls professionally and assisting with enquiries
* Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth workflow
What We’re Looking ForEssential:
* Previous admin experience
* Experience in stock control or a warehouse environment
* Good IT skills (Excel, general systems)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Desirable:
* Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Good understanding of warehouse operations
