We’re looking for a committed and resilient Supervising Social Worker to join the Connected People’s Teamsupporting children to remain safely within their family networks.
This role focuses on assessing and supporting family and friends carers, including Special Guardians, helping to achieve stable and positive outcomes for children in Cheshire West and Chester.
In this role you will:
• Complete robust Connected Persons and Special Guardianship assessments
• Work within court processes and care proceedings
• Support family and friends carers to provide safe, stable homes
• Deliver high-quality, child-centred practice
Please note: the role may involve out-of-county travel and occasional overnight stays to complete assessments.
