About the Role:
We are urgently recruiting experienced Support Workers to cover waking night shifts within a children’s residential home in the CW7 area. This role involves supporting young people with complex needs, ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the night.

Shift Details:

  * Waking night shifts (10:00pm – 10:00am)

  * 7 days a week available

  * Immediate start

  * Ongoing opportunities for the right candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  * Providing consistent, high-quality care and support to young people

  * Managing challenging behaviour in a safe and professional manner

  * Supporting individuals with emotional and behavioural needs

  * Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

  * Completing accurate records and handovers

Requirements:

  * Previous experience in a children’s residential setting

  * Valid restraint training (essential)

  * Experience working with young people with complex needs

  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  * Reliable, flexible, and committed
