Supervising Social Worker - No Out of Hours

Salary: £40,000 per annum + £2,100 car allowance

NonStop Consulting is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in West Midlands. 

This role doesn't include any out of hours because they have a separate duty team. This means you will always be working Monday to Friday and have all your evenings and weekends free to spend with your family.

therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency - you will be working closely with qualified psychotherapist who deliver individual and group clinical supervision

Manageable caseload (10 - 12 foster families), located around Coventry, Warwickshire and Northampton
no form fs, just supervision and support of the foster families 
Ongoing training
 very good annual leave (30 days)
hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:
 The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of about 10 - 12 foster families around Hull and surrounding areas.

This is a 12 months permanent contract. 

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker 
experience in fostering, child protection or looked after children teams 
Full driving licence
