Manufacturing Supervisor – Refrigeration Products
Blackburn
£38,100 per year
Permanent Position
Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 4:30pm
Aspired Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client in Blackburn for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business specialising in refrigeration products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about leading teams, driving performance, and maintaining high operational standards.

Salary of £38,100 per annum
Permanent, full-time position
Monday to Thursday working pattern – enjoy a 3-day weekend every week

Key Responsibilities
Supervising and motivating production teams to achieve targets
Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations
Driving productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shop floor
Supporting and developing team members through effective people management
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Working closely with senior management to improve processes and performance
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within manufacturing
Strong people management skills with a genuine focus on team development
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead by example and drive performance
Strong operational awareness and problem-solving ability
