Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Chichester.

Reporting to the Head of Planning & Procurement, you will play a part in managing a set of suppliers, maintain an accurate order book, and ensure materials arrive on time to support smooth production.

Job Overview

Manage relationships with allocated suppliers and maintain accurate order information
Chase suppliers for order acknowledgements and confirm delivery dates
Keep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updated with accurate delivery information
Proactively monitor the order book and identify potential supply risks
Resolve supplier and internal issues, escalating where required
Communicate order delays clearly to relevant internal teams
Handle quotation requests for new orders within allocated supplier categories
Relay quality control concerns to suppliers where requiredRequirements

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system would be desirable
Previous exposure to purchasing, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with suppliers and colleagues
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectivelySalary & Benefits

£27,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (upon permanent employment).
Free on-site parking.
Monday to Friday - Flexible start times between 7-9am to suit candidates work-life balance
