Job Description

Escape Recruitment is working with a leading e-commerce/distribution business to recruit a Supply Chain Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring the right balance of cost, supply and efficiency across Supply & Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Lead Supply & Demand Planning, translating forecasts into accurate supply plans and driving S&OP processes.
Manage Procurement, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best cost, quality and lead times, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
Optimise Inventory Management, maintaining ideal stock levels to balance service and cost while reducing waste.
Oversee Logistics & Distribution, ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery and managing transportation providers.
Leverage ERP systems to drive process improvements, real-time visibility and data-driven decision-making.
Track KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety, trade and regulatory requirements. Experience & Knowledge for the role:

Significant experience in end-to-end supply chain management.
Understanding of complex Global Supply Chains.
Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in developing successful teams.
Demonstrable experience in ERP systems and process optimisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
