* Done supply before or open to it  
* Flexible, adaptable approach 
* Strong behaviour management

* Cover lessons in your subject or other subjects if open 
* Flexible work on your terms, day to day or weekly bookings 
* Cover sickness 
* Deliver preplanned lessons
