Job type: - Contract 3 Month

Salary: PAYE - £13.06

Job Description

Good awareness of software packages such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to use local systems, update databases, reconcile issues and produce information and reports.
Good awareness of service team objectives, procedures and issues.
Ability to communicate sensitively and well with others, including by telephone.
Ability to work accurately and independently with minimal referral to management.
Ability to plan, organise and handle conflicting demands in own workload and in direct reports.
Positive approach to the workplace and commitment to working flexibly to achieve service and team needs.
Good general education.
Experience dealing with challenging customers. 

Essential Skills/Qualifications

Good Literacy and numeracy.
Good IT skills
Experience of working in an office environment
Ability to prioritise tasks
