Support Workers Wanted – Residential Adult Care | Bristol

Join a compassionate team supporting adults (25+) in a homely, person-centred environment

We are a trusted care agency recruiting experienced and dedicated Support Workers to work in a residential care service for adults aged late 20s and above, based in Bristol.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of adults with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and complex care needs.

Your Role Will Include:

  * 

    Providing high-quality, person-centred care in a residential home setting

  * 

    Supporting residents with daily living, including personal care, meals, medication, and routines

  * 

    Building strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

  * 

    Promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion

  * 

    Supporting residents in activities, both in the home and out in the community

  * 

    Maintaining clear and accurate care records

We’re Looking For:

  * 

    Previous experience in residential or supported care (preferred but not essential – training provided)

  * 

    Empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for care

  * 

    Ability to work shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins

  * 

    A good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care

  * 

    Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)

  * 

    Eligibility to work in the UK
