We’re recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join, this is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with complex needs in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
About the Role
You’ll be working in a solo children’s home, supporting young people who require focused, one-to-one care due to past trauma. Your role will be key in helping them rebuild trust, gain confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
You’ll:

* Work closely with a tight-knit, supportive team
What we’re looking for
* Resilient, patient, and emotionally intelligent
* A natural team player and problem solver
* Someone who can stay calm when things get challenging (because sometimes, they will)
* Full UK manual driving licence
No Level 3 Diploma yet? No problem—we’ll fund it and support you to achieve it.
Requirements
* Experience in residential childcare or a similar support role (desirable)
* Resilient, patient, and emotionally aware
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work shifts, including potentially sleep-ins and waking nights
* Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
* Willingness to complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (fully funded)
