As a Support Worker, you will provide steady, therapeutic care, build positive relationships and act as a trusted adult role model. While behaviours can be challenging at times, the focus is on relational, trauma‑informed care rather than crisis‑led intervention.

* Build safe, trusting and positive relationships with young people
* Support emotional regulation using PACE and DDP approaches
* Safeguard young people and follow all policies and procedures
* Assist with daily routines, personal care and life skills
* Support education, activities and community involvement
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with professionals
Working Pattern
* 40 hours per week
* 1 on / 2 off shift pattern
* Day shifts with limited sleep‑ins
Requirements
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Child Care
* Minimum age 22 (Ofsted requirement)
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
* Full manual UK driving licence
