Essential requirements, Driver essential, RTW in UK (No sponsorship)
No children's residential care experience is needed as full training is provided
Are you looking to start or continue your career as a Children's Residential Care Worker in a therapeutic children’s home? You’ll be joining a supportive team who work together to provide structured care, daily routines, activities, and emotional support for up to 4 young people in children's residential home.
As a Residential Care Worker, you’ll help implement care plans, maintain accurate records, complete household tasks, support safeguarding practices, and promote positive behaviour using trauma‑informed approaches.
We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals who are ready to grow and develop as a Residential Care Worker, even if you’re new to the sector. Senior roles require previous experience, but Residential Care Worker positions offer full training and ongoing development.
