£14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Full-Time & Part-Time | Days | 10:00am–9:00pm & 11:00am–11:00pm

We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to support a friendly lady in her 60s within her own home in Lichfield.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred support, helping someone maintain their independence while offering companionship and support with everyday activities.
The role involves building a genuine relationship with the individual, supporting her wellbeing, and helping her enjoy each day to the fullest.
Your Role as a Support Worker
✔ Support with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks
✔ Prompt and support with medication
✔ Assist with household tasks and maintaining independence
✔ Support access to the local community
✔ Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
✔ Support with caring for and walking two pet dogs
What You'll Need
✔ Minimum 3 months’ paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK
✔ A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
✔ Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
✔ Willingness to complete client-specific clinical training where required
✔ Full UK automatic driving licence
✔ Comfortable working in a home with two dogs
Important
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Pet friendly applicants are required as the client has two dogs within the home.
