Job Description

An automotive component manufacturer with sites across Europe requires a Systems & Integration Analyst to be responsible for the day-to-day administration and optimisation of Infor’s System21 V3.2. The ideal candidate will have experience administering System21 and hands on knowledge of ERP transactional flows.

Commutable from: Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Shirley, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, Redditch 

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 p.a. 

Suitable for: Systems Analyst, IT Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Systems Analyst, Application Systems Analyst

The Role 

Reporting to the IT Applications Lead you will have the following duties:

-       Administer the System21 user accounts, roles, permissions and security settings.

-       Maintain master data tables, system parameters, batch jobs, printers, and environment housekeeping.

-       Support the business teams with navigation, troubleshooting, training and functional usage of core System21 processes.

The Person 

Educated to degree level in a relevant field you will have the following experience:

-       Experience administering System21 or similar AS/400 based ERP systems.

-       Hands on knowledge of ERP transactional flows.

-       Practical experience with SQL, IBM Query/400 or other reporting tools.

-       Understanding of integrations (EDI, APIs, flat file transfers, middleware).

-       Strong analytical skills for debugging issues across system, data, interface and process layers.
